The Christening Records were kept in a large safe at the Church which Benjamin Timothy Taylor and Dema Florence Winslow were given access to the records. The Church was torn down in 1996. Baptism officiated by Pastor Wesley Smedes at what was called the First United Presbyterian Church in Kearney, Buffalo Co., Nebraska. The church later changed its name to First Presbyterian Church.
